RideGlass is a motorcycle dashboard and ride recorder for iPhone, published by Greg Raine. These terms govern your use of the app. Questions: greg@rideglass.com.

1 · Acceptance

Downloading or using RideGlass means you accept these terms and the Apple Media Services terms that cover App Store distribution.

2 · Licence to use RideGlass

RideGlass is licensed, not sold. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control.

3 · RideGlass Pro purchases

RideGlass Pro is a one-off in-app purchase, not a subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple and restore across devices signed in to the same Apple Account.

4 · Acceptable use

Placeholder no unlawful use, no use to evade enforcement, no interference with the app, and your responsibility for how you mount and operate your phone.

5 · Riding safety & risk

Always ride safely, obey local laws and never interact with your phone while riding. RideGlass is an instrument, not a riding aid: readings are informational and must not be relied on for navigation, legal speed compliance or safety-critical decisions.

6 · Your ride data

Your recorded rides are written to your device, and backed up to our cloud service once you sign in. Keeping your own copies — including via CSV export — is still up to you. See the privacy policy.

7 · Intellectual property

8 · No warranty

9 · Limitation of liability
